Your Lifestyle Design Sessions
Your session begins with delving into your passions and uncovering your life’s purpose. I’ll ask you specific questions to learn more about your big-picture goals, grand desires, and short-term goals. We’ll begin by accessing several areas of your life to prioritize a plan designed specifically for you.
I’ll help you let go of limiting beliefs, trust your intuition, and identify areas of your life that may need improvement. Each session includes custom action steps based on your experience and goals so you know exactly what to do each week. I’m here to keep you accountable each week and we’ll discuss any challenges and successes you experience along the way.
What to Expect with Lifestyle Design Sessions
Participation and homework are required to help you get the most out of this program. A 4-week minimum weekly commitment is suggested. Your sessions can be completed in person, over the phone, or through video chat.
