YOUR LIFESTYLE DESIGN HYPNOSIS SESSIONS
Your Lifestyle Design Hypnosis session will begin by delving into your passions and uncovering your life’s purpose. Lauren will ask you specific questions to learn more about your big-picture goals, grand desires, and short-term goals. We’ll begin by accessing several areas of your life to prioritize a plan designed specifically for you.
Lauren will help you let go of limiting beliefs, trust your intuition, and identify areas of your life that may need improvement. Each session includes custom action steps based on your experience and goals so you know exactly what to do each week. Lauren will be there to keep you accountable each week and to discuss any challenges and successes you experience along the way.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH LIFESTYLE DESIGN HYPNOSIS SESSIONS
Participation and homework are required to help you get the most out of this program. A 4-week minimum weekly commitment is suggested. Your sessions can be completed in person, over the phone, or through video chat.
