Meditation Explained & Explored
In this 60 minute workshop I will address the common, and uncommon, types of meditation and then lead a guided visualization for stress relief. We all know the power of nature but with this excess stress of quarantine many I know are stuck inside for safety.
Let me share my ideas on how to access that inner quiet and ever creative part of us and then we’ll experience it as a group and then have some discussions and share techniques.
Meditation seems to intimidate some people. Or maybe you’ve tried it a few times and just haven’t found your ‘groove’. Perhaps even you do meditate, regularly, in any case I think this workshop could be a treat for you.
