Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
Join Taylor (in-person or virtual on zoom) for 50 minutes of grounding & replenishing yoga for mind, body, and soul. Every week provides an individualized yoga experience for you to practice the subtle arts of breath and movement to take with you off the mat and to anywhere in the world.
