So, you’re curious about hypnosis. You’ve booked a session. Maybe you’ve even been thinking about this for a while, hovering on the edge of “Should I do this?”

And now… it’s happening.

You’re walking into your first hypnosis session.

And if you’re anything like most people, you probably have no idea what to expect.

Let me just start by saying:

It’s not going to be what you think.

😳 First things first: You’re not going to lose control.

Let’s just squash this fear up front, okay?

You’re not going to black out.

You’re not going to hand over your mind.

You’re not going to be made to bark like a dog, cluck like a chicken, or spill your deepest secrets.

That kind of stuff? That’s entertainment. Stage hypnosis. Theater.

Real hypnosis is participation.

You are aware. You are in charge. You are actively working with your subconscious mind.

And yes-your eyes might be closed. But you are not asleep.

The first part of our session is a conversation. A real one.

We talk about what’s been going on, what you’re looking for, and what story you’ve been living in that might not be serving you anymore. Because here’s the thing:
